Geek Vape Aegis Legend II Kit Review

What’s up vapers, we got a new device to enjoy and explore. It’s a highly anticipated device, and it’s from geek vape. It is the legend version II. I got the kit, but the kit does not come with a tank. I tried z max with this kit.

The kit is a good one, and I enjoyed using this tank, but the kit comes with the regular z tank. Like I said, I tried z max tank with the legend version two. I have observed many great things, some differences between the Legend one and this kit as well, and I know exactly what you should expect from Geekvape Aegis Legend II kit.

Aegis Legend 2 Kit outlook

Let’s check out the legend version two mod now. The look is pretty simple but tight and bold enough to make a style statement. The platform will fit up to a 26 millimeter. You will get a very, very slight overhang, and that’s because of the way it curves. Right in the center is the 510 pin, and on the side, it does say aegis, and on the other side, it does say geek vape.

We got the leather thingy like the original Legend.  Side by side, you have your battery compartment, and it’s a spring-loaded one. Everything feels solid on the kit, and they did a real good job.

Features

It is waterproof, dustproof, shockproof, and so on. The positive and negative marked on the inside and marked on the battery contact can save you a short. When putting the batteries in, you have to press it down, and it’ll clip into the place. There’s a tab, which can be pulled, and you can see the type c charge port. But as always, I recommend charging dual batteries using an external battery charger.

You have a fire button, up and down buttons for navigation, and a switch to lock the device and prevent accidental firing. You don’t have to do three clicks or five clicks. You could lock the device with a simple switch. Push it up, and it’s unlocked.

Display

When you add an atomizer on, it’ll ask you if it’s a new coil or an old coil. It also displays battery power indicators, resistance amps, voltage, and a puff counter. When you press the fire button, it changes up there and tells you how many seconds you press the fire button and then go back to the puffs counter.

If you press the up button or down button, it makes the brightness go down, and the up button will cause the brightness to go up, but you have to press them together with the fire button. If you press the fire button three times, you’re going to see power gets highlighted, and you could do your temperature controls.

TCR & power mode

You have Nickel, Stainless steel, Titanium in the TCR mode. You can do your curves, and you have a bypass mode as well. Power click the fire button to lock your resistance for temperature control.

Hard press the button once, and now you’re ready to vape in power mode. The device is a 200-watt device. When scrolling, it does in point five increments, keep it pressed, and it’s going to go

up to 200 watts.

Legend vs Legend II

Legend II is much smaller than the original one, but the one thing I see with the Legend first version is that you have the rubber that’s all around the mod. Legend II does not have the rubber all around the mod, but you have the rubber on the bottom and the top.

The way I see it, we don’t have to do a drop test or a throwing test because obviously, this rubber here will take the impact. They are both waterproof and dustproof but when it comes to shockproof, the original will be more shockproof than legend v2.

Vaping with Aegis Legend II

The design and everything are pretty much they kept it the same, but they just shrunk it down and made it a little bit more compact. So I’d suggest using the new Z max tank with Legend II for a better vaping experience. I vaped on it, and I enjoyed it, and I’ll give you guys my thoughts.

Pros and Cons

Cons with this device are the bottom, I wouldn’t say I like the battery door, but I will give it to the waterproof aspect. This could be a pro or a con to people. They made the device thin. The original Legend was a bit thick, and the platform the bottom and the top, actually where you don’t get that wobble, it’s stable on the table because of how thin they made it.

Instead of being rounded the way it is on the bottom, I would have liked to have seen it more flats or stable. However, I prefer the looks of this one, but you know the frame the way it’s exposed.

There’s no rubber on the outside, and the only rubber you’re going to have is a little bit here and on the bottom. So falling dropping it whatever, this rubber protection thing on the sides here are gonna take that impact, and it’s not going to break on you.

I really like the mod, I like its size, and it feels great in hand. It’s enough to get a pro the fire button. The display, the menu system, the chipset, everything is fine and works great, no issues at all.

To talk about pros, I like the way they did the type c on the top flip, and that up that’s awesome, I would say. I like that where instead of clicking it three times or pressing or whatever to lock the device or power it off, just flip the switch right now it’s locked.

When I lock the device, I can put it in my pocket don’t have to worry. I like that, and the switch will not switch on its own, and it is ergonomically placed. That’s a good pro. It fires right away, which is a pro.

As i said, the firing speed is a pro. I like this type of fire button the way it just comes out. It just feels great, and it’s got a nice clicky sound to it, which is another pro. Overall, a pretty good job on the aegis legend version two by geek vape.
